Teaching Philosophy Every living and well-meaning Organisation or Institution drives on its mission and vision statements. Mission Statement defines the company's core business, its objectives and its approach to reach those objectives. A Vision Statement describes the desired future position of the company. This is a lens through which the Business views its future. Elements of Mission and Vision Statements provide a statement of the company’s purposes, goals and values.
